Senior Project Engineer(HVAC)

Job Description:

1. Ensure all the Project is operate within the schedule.
2. Prepare the meeting minutes for the Monthly Progress Report.
3. Prepare the Site Organization Chart, Master Work Programmed, short term work schedule for daily operation.
4. To co-ordinate all internal & external efforts for proper job execution.
5. To carry out an internal inspection with the respective sub-contractor responsible for the work.
6. Prepared the project costing for all the new projects.
7. To communicate with customers / client to fulfill their requirement.
8. To arrange for collection of tender document.
9. To call for quotation for materials and sub-contractor work.
10. Pricing for Bill of Quantities (BQ).
11. Random checking into works done by Project Supervisor.
12. Finalizing of tender with Managing Director / Operator Director.
13. Site visit.
