Projects are ranging from $100m - $500m and within a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Education, Health, Data Centre, Industrial and Residential.

SPE Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of major construction packages from procurement through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal site teams
• Monitor and manage project programme, cost control, and forecasting
• Drive procurement activities including tendering, scope reviews, and subcontract negotiations
