Senior Project Executive (F&B Construction)

Act as CHAGEE’s representative in liaising with Landlord or Management. Performs hands‑on, fit‑out coordination works to ensure smooth outlet development process.

Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works are done in accordance with approved design and compliance with CHAGEE's SOP.

Coordination between internal departments (Business Development, Interior Designer, Store Development, and Supply Chain) to ensure the project is smooth delivery and issues are resolved.

Organise and attend project meetings to understand the latest project update and resolve any project roadblock with stakeholders.

Conduct a comprehensive pre‑opening review which ensure the outlets are ready to be fully prepared for opening and alignment with business standards before signed off for the final launch.
