Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in all aspects of project development and construction.
• Work under pressure to deliver within committed deadlines.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure smooth implementation of project.
• Liaise with consultants, sub‑contractors and suppliers to ensure construction works are carried out on time and to quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in property development/construction.
• Organized, responsible and self‑initiative.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
