A leading development finance institution is looking for a 10+PQE Project/infrastructure finance lawyer to join their dynamic legal team. As a senior lawyer in the team, you will be responsible for leading on high value projects including taking on official line management responsibility.
This organisation has recently launched a new strategy which means there will be rapid growth in the business and also exposure to other locations within the group on a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be working on cross border initiatives supporting the business on a variety of matters. Some of the work you will be involved in will include:
Being the lead counsel for the business on the structuring of leading projects across Africa, working closely with senior stakeholders as a result.
Managing and assessing legal and transactional risks for complex deals.
