A leading national architecture studio is seeking a Senior Project Lead (Architect) to take ownership of a special multi-residential design from DD to completion. This is a key role for an experienced Architect who thrives on collaboration, values design excellence and is confident leading a capable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complex multi-residential project from design development to construction
• Manage programme, resourcing and delivery strategy
• Coordinate consultants and drive positive project outcomes
• Liaise directly with clients and project partners
• Oversee Revit documentation
• Mentor and guide project team members

Skills & Experience

• BOAQ Registered Architect (preferable) or operating at a Senior Project Lead level
• Proven multi-residential project experience at scale
• Well developed apartment spatial planning and technical resolution skills
