Senior Project Leader - Multi Residential

An established, multidisciplinary design practice is seeking a Senior Project Leader to take ownership of complex multi-residential and mixed-use projects.

This role is suited to a senior architect who is comfortable running large projects from concept through to completion, setting direction, managing risk, and leading teams with clarity and authority. You will be responsible for the overall performance of projects, balancing design quality, program, commercial realities, and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires proven experience delivering multi-residential projects in collaboration with large builders and/or developers, and confidence operating at senior client and contractor level.
