Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years of experience in cost estimation roles.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry standards, including financial metrics.
• AACE Certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent report writing, presentation skills required.
