Job Description

Yango is looking for a Senior Project Manager to build and manage the teams attracting drivers, find and negotiate with partners, and unlock new channels for attracting drivers. Apply if you have achieved exceptional results managing large teams and speak English fluently.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the teams attracting drivers in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East

  • Find and negotiate with partners in new countries

  • Unlock opportunities and launch new channels for attracting drivers on international markets

  • Launch new processes and projects in Africa, taking them from idea to result while also finding and managing contractors

  • Build and test hypotheses

    • Qualifications:

  • Achieved exceptional results managing large teams

  • Can find inefficiencies and independently build the processes needed to eliminate them
