Salary – £60-70k+ Company Car/Allowance, Bonus, PMI and Pension (up to 6%) We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract , supporting major bid activities across high-profile defence programmes. This is a senior project manager role, focused on shaping, planning and assuring complex transitions throughout the sales lifecycle.
You will work closely with Principal Transition Leads and Transition Directors to develop robust, deliverable plans that give customers and stakeholders confidence in our ability to execute.
