The 
Project Manager
 oversees a portfolio of projects (typically 1 to 3) from various clients. Serving as the primary point of contact, they play an strategic role ensuring client satisfaction while delivering projects on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget. They are actively involved throughout all project phases, from initial ideation to completion, and are also responsible for fostering team satisfaction and maintaining a positive working environment.
