Senior Project Manager – Civil

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (site-based; travel to project corridors as required)

Role Summary
We are seeking a senior, hands-on civil professional to lead end-to-end delivery of road/highway projects—primarily new construction, with capability to manage rehabilitation/upgrading works as needed. The role owns delivery across time, cost, quality, HSE, and stakeholder management.
Scope of Works (Typical)
New road construction (urban and intercity): earthworks, subgrade improvement, GSB/sub-base, base course, asphalt binder and wearing course, shoulders.
Drainage: side drains, cross-drainage works, culverts, retaining/structural elements (where applicable).
Rehabilitation/upgrading: milling, patching, overlay, widening, strengthening, and junction improvements.
Road furniture and finishing: kerbs/sidewalks (if applicable), signage, markings, guardrails, and safety works.
