Senior Project Manager – Construction Management (Multifamily Residential)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing construction management team on an immediate basis. This role will lead the delivery of multifamily residential developments across Ontario, with an active project scheduled to break ground next month in the GTA (Halton Region).

The successful candidate will bring strong design development, budgeting, procurement, and project delivery experience within the Ontario multifamily market, along with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced development environment. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a collaborative Construction Management (“CM as Agent under CCDC 5A”) delivery model and is capable of providing leadership from predevelopment through project closeout.
