CALB (Europe) S.A is looking for an Senior Project Manager Contract (FIDIC) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of FIDIC, General, MEP, EQ supplier contracts (review, negotiation, signing, commercial execution). Identify and rectify unbalanced clauses.
• Establish change and claims management system. Proactively identify claim events, prepare claim reports, and lead negotiations with Employer/Engineer.
• Review commercial terms in subcontracts and procurement contracts to control downstream risks. Monitor project budget execution.
• Lead commercial risk identification (political, FX, legal, tax, contract loopholes...
