Senior Project Manager -Fitout

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager – Fit Out to lead the fit-out delivery of high-rise projects in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with a strong track record in managing fit-out delivery, testing and commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out on high-rise PMC projects.

+ Lead and manage the fit-out phase of high-rise projects from planning through to handover
+ Oversee fit-out execution to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
+ Manage project scope, programme, cost, and risk while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
+ Coordinate and lead the project team, including contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and support staff
+ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, financial control, and reporting
