Role Overview

AGB Real Estate is hiring a Senior Project Manager to own the planning, financial tracking, and day-to-day execution of a growing multifamily development pipeline, including renovation and ground-up projects. With three projects launching in 2026 and continued growth expected, this role is critical to improving forecasting discipline, operational organization, and execution reliability across the full development lifecycle.

This is a senior, hands-on role designed to reduce fire drills, improve budget and schedule predictability, and free senior team members to focus on higher-leverage work.
