Senior Project Manager (Hardware)

Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Hardware NPI Project Manager to lead end-to-end development and commercialization of consumer hardware products. The role will drive cross-functional execution from concept development through mass production (MP), ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with the required quality standards.

Lead full product development lifecycle for Hardware NPI projects, including concept phase, EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production (MP). 

Manage end-to-end project execution covering Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Firmware/Software integration, Reliability and regulatory qualification, Packaging development and manufacturing readiness 

Develop and maintain overall project schedules, milestone tracking, risk assessments, and budget management.
