Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee the civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) elements of a hyperscale data centre project. You will lead a large, multidisciplinary team and manage multiple subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of the project, meeting or exceeding targets for cost, quality, and schedule.

 Responsibilities: 
Oversee all civil, structural and architectural elements of the hyperscale project.
Manage a project team of 50+ including discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisors.
Support your team in managing 20+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of £170m.
Support your team in managing contractor’s design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.
Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out work...
