Senior Project Manager in HR and CLAO

Elevate IT solutions for HR and CLAO at RBC as a Senior Project Manager. Lead project teams and innovate delivery practices while managing high-complexity technology initiatives.
In this full-time position in Toronto, you will spearhead projects in HR, BMCC, and CLAO as part of the PMO. With oversight of junior project managers, Scrum Masters, and other officers, you will drive successful delivery through the entire lifecycle. Your role will also involve developing strategies for adopting best practices in project management and enhancing collaboration across teams.
