JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the primary lead for our expansion in Japan. You will take full ownership of new store/facility projects from the initial planning stages (site assessment) through design and construction, concluding with the successful grand opening. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to bridge communication between local contractors and our global leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle: initial feasibility, vendor selection in coordination with the Director , construction oversight, and final handover.
