Senior Project Manager

Overview

The Senior Project Manager for the Hospital 2.0 Alliance Framework oversees, monitors and is accountable for overall performance of the package(s) they are assigned to. Leads and coordinates with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team. This position is a client-facing role, responsible for leading a team and implementing the delivery strategy.

Responsibilities

• To support and report to the Project Director, managing the strategy and delivery of a large part of the programme.
• Responsible for the co-ordination between the construction, design, procurement, and commercial departments to ensure the sub-contractors can progress work on site in accordance with the schedule of works.
