Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in project or program management roles within banking or financial services.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Treasury or financial systems projects (e.g., trading platforms, settlement systems, remittance systems, GL integrations, treasury management systems).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end SDLC, including requirements management, solution design, development, SIT/UAT coordination, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Experience handling system integrations between core banking systems, treasury platforms, and external market infrastructures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors.
