Lead and deliver modernization (retrofit, upgrade, replacement) projects while managing recurring preventive and corrective maintenance contracts.
Ensure full lifecycle service performance-including execution excellence, customer satisfaction, financial management, and long-term service growth.

Modernization Projects
* Manage end-to-end modernization/retrofit projects for electrical distribution, automation, and industrial equipment.
* Control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality using company project processes.
* Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and handover.
* Ensure compliance with customer specifications, HSE standards, and regulations.
