Job Description

Responsibilities
 for the Senior Project Manager (MEP)Project Leadership & Delivery
Take full ownership of MEP and FIA packages from pre‑construction through installation, commissioning and final handover
Act as the senior MEP lead on site, coordinating closely with construction, CSA, commissioning and client teams

Programme & Commercial Control

Manage and maintain detailed MEP programmes aligned with the overall construction schedule
Monitor progress against milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Support cost control activities, including change management, valuations and commercial reporting

Technical & Quality Management

Ensure all MEP systems are installed with design intent, specifications and applicable standards
Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, method statements and commissioning documentation
