Senior project manager (microsoft dynamics)

Key purpose:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day running and delivery of projects and by consistently applying project management knowledge, skills and personal characteristics to deliver projects that meet stakeholder/client requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:
Managing and monitoring the usage on hours for the AMS agreements with clients Understand agreement models and SLAs per client and ensure no breaches on calls which are within the teams control Monitoring calls logged on ITSM for the various clients and ensuring that the P1s are picked up immediately or within SLA Monthly review sessions with AMS clients covering; Finances Ensuring that the quarterly reconciliations are done and alert the client beforehand should they under or over utilize their buckets.
