Senior Project Manager

Copello have partnered with an established Defence Engineering business in the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager. This is an opportunity to lead complex technical programmes within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you’ll do:

* Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget and quality.

* Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

* Support business development and early-stage project planning.

* Monitor performance, manage risk, and maintain accurate financial forecasts.

What you’ll bring:

* Technical degree or equivalent experience.

* 5+ years’ project management experience.

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

* Background in engineering, software, or complex technical environments (defence experience beneficial).
