Job Summary:

• Project Management for residential projects
• Maincon
• 5 days work week, Mon - Fri
• 5 min walking distance from Expo MRT

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and architectural projects from start to finish
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Oversee the budget, timeline, and resource allocation for assigned projects
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective problem-solving strategies
• Ensure projects comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
