Senior Project Manager - Operational Transformation & Digitization

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead phased operational transformation and digitization initiatives within the bank.

The role focuses on modernizing manual processes using T24 Core Banking , NewGen Workflow , and integrated peripheral systems to deliver end-to-end digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, phased transformation programs
• Drive process digitization and automation across banking operations
• Manage stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance
• Own project governance, timelines, budget, and reporting
• Manage vendors, SOWs, contracts, and financials
• Track benefits realization and present executive-level updates
