Core Responsibilities & Strategic Impact:

• Program Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the BaaS model, directly influencing business direction. Architect and oversee programs that build critical organizational capabilities.
• Stakeholder & Executive Management: Act as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional departments (IT, Accounting, Sales, Construction), and remote/onsite teams. Communicate complex strategies and trade-offs clearly to influence decision-making.
