Senior Project Manager

Implement and uphold all Quality Management System procedures at job sites. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, overseeing project progress, and maintaining cost control while understanding project requirements. Efficiently allocate resources for each project. Actively participate in meetings with consultants, authorities, and customers. Initiate and verify corrective actions when necessary to ensure project success. Serve as a valued member of the Management Review Committee when appointed. Maintain discipline among staff at job sites. Provide regular reports to supervisors on pre-mix intervals. Chair site meetings and sub-contractors' meetings while also leading the site safety committee. Collaborate with the planning department to create project work programs and cash flow projections.
