• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Own project planning, execution, and control, including budget, schedule, and stakeholder communication.
• Proactively manage project risks from proposal to delivery, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure deliverable quality through established QA processes and hands-on team support.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining internal services and project management practices.
• Manage project reporting, forecasting, and documentation (SOWs, PCRs), escalating issues to ensure timely resolution.
