:The opportunity:
Lead the execution of large complex Power Quality projects with high technical complexity (such as STATCOM or Synchronous Condenser’s) and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will lead the project team allocated to the project, establish the project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones, provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
