Senior Project Manager (Real Estate)

• Lead major projects in the real estate sector. 
• Manage diverse projects from $500k to $50m across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with leading clients in retail, commercial, government and education.

Who we’re looking for?

• 7+ years’ experience in project management, development management or construction within the real estate or development industry.
• Degree in a property-related discipline (architecture, engineering, project/construction management).
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics, procurement strategies and pricing models.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
