Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end delivery of iPro implementations for customers in the UK, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
  • Manage account relationships and expectations of the customers, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate the project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the internal and external project teams, including sales, product, engineering, quality assurance, and support, to ensure alignment and integration of the project deliverables and dependencies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and motivating and empowering the team members.
