Senior Project Manager

Role Description & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Own project planning, execution, and control, including budget, schedule, and stakeholder communication.

Proactively manage project risks from proposal to delivery, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Ensure deliverable quality through established QA processes and hands-on team support.

Drive continuous improvement by refining internal services and project management practices.

Manage project reporting, forecasting, and documentation (SOWs, PCRs), escalating issues to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in customer-facing project management roles, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
