Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex, high-impact projects within MCPD. Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution. Drive project teams to meet milestones on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to established project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices throughout the lifecycle. Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely, transparent status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
