The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading complex, high‑impact projects that span multiple departments or functions. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while remaining aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The SPM oversees the full project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—and mentors junior project managers to uplift PMO performance.
