Senior Project Manager – Sub Saharan Africa

Job Description

A leading investment firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on site overseeing the construction of a large mixed-use development in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The main purpose of this role is to be a site based Project manager, acting on behalf of the developer, to ensure the various phases of the mixed use development gets designed and executed in accordance with the development timelines.

Minimum Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction of large commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use developments
