What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Substation Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of substation projects. Our portfolio of work spans transmission, distribution, and collector substations and switchyards. The work is primarily AIS, but we also perform GIS in both greenfield and brownfield environments.

What you’ll do:

+ The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, substation technical expertise, and project management skills, ensuring compliance with contract documents, quality specifications, and project timelines.

+ Champion a strong safety culture on assigned projects through proactive leadership and vigilance in identifying and addressing potential safety issues.

+ Provide ongoing mentorship and training to direct reports. Host regular performance conversations to set goals, provide feedback, and support the development of direct reports.
