Senior Project Manager

Overview

Location: Hybrid working across 2 offices: Leicester and Derby

Duration: 4 month+ Contract

Key Role: The key part of the role would be to co-ordinate and help write the contract for the new 3rd Stream on site.

Key Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the NEC4 Contract
• Able to coordinate with other Project Managers working on the project.
• Work with the other project managers to accurately forecast spend on a monthly basis and align with the outturn cost.
• Attend and lead risk workshops / meetings
• Attend and lead Programme workshops / meetings.
• Work with the contractors on the ECI phase to facilitate enable works being carried out and development of the target price.
