Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects across NHC Toka Tū Ake's enterprise delivery portfolio. You'll work closely with business owners, executive sponsors and delivery partners to translate strategy into action and manage risk, dependencies and change across the full project lifecycle. This role champions strong project management practice across the organisation, strengthening consistency, transparency and confidence in how we deliver.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to closure, ensuring outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, timeframe and budget.
* Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones and roadmaps that support clear progress tracking and informed decision-making.
