Job Description

 The City of Winnipeg Innovation and Technology Department requires a Senior P roject Manager to provide p roject management services to the Water and Waste IT division. 

 The Innovation and Technology Department reserves the right to award any future phases of work to the selected candidate(s) from the selected vendor. 

 The Senior Project Manager will:  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.

 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

 Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents using appropriate tools.

 Track project milestones and deliverables.

 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
