Senior Project Manager(RESIDENTIAL / STRUCTURAL / MAINCON) KZ3

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Director and be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of project(s) within scope, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director and provide regular project updates.
• Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare and update the Master Programme, identify critical paths, and devise recovery programmes when necessary.
• Lead and mentor the project team to ensure site activities comply with specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Plan and coordinate all construction sequences, operations, and intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
