Job Description
The Senior Project Officer is a hands-on technical role responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web-based and SaaS software projects. This role focuses primarily on technical execution and product delivery, while also supporting project coordination and process improvement.
The role is ideal for a builder-someone who has personally shipped SaaS or web products and understands the full product lifecycle: ideation → development → deployment → iteration → maintenance. Experience with Al-assisted or agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience delivering web or SaaS software products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
(Equivalent practical experience accepted)
- Experience in startup, EdTech, or fast-paced environments is a plus
