Job Description

The Project Planner shall provide support to the Project Manager and the PMT in general on Planning, monitoring, and reporting as required by the Contract and the project execution plan. This involves:
Establish project schedule for tenders and execution
Assist project manager with project start-up activities and mobilization.
Review whole contract, clarify the scope, and take all requirements into account for planning, executing, control, and closeout of the project
Preparation of WBS and MDL in cooperation with project team.
Establish project schedule with relevant activity relationships according to project requirement, and in compliance with PEM.
Ensure alignment between MDL, WBS, and project schedule and maintain MDL and Schedule updated.
Upload resource as per project budget and develop manpower histograms and s-curves
