Senior Project Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities:
Develop software for turnkey machine vision system for manufacturing applications using Cognex VisionPro machine vision software and hardware Evaluate and select lighting and optics to create imaging front end Integrate turnkey machine vision system with robot and automation equipment and make adjustments, troubleshoot and debug system. May need to travel and work in factory environment to install and support machine vision system to make sure all machines are qualified and ready for production according to schedule. May provide supervision to other team members at machine builder sites and contract manufacturer (CM) production sites. Help to prepare Standard Operating Procedures for machine vision setup during overall machine setup and troubleshooting.
