Senior Project/Program Manager - Vice President

Are you a seasoned Project/Program Manager with a passion for driving transformation within the financial services industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to join our Investor Services Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving process and technology change across the group, influencing decisions, and delivering complex projects with significant impact.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead, coordinate and successfully implement multiple projects/programs across Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and for/with our clients.

+ Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks.
