About the Opportunity

• Full cycle accounting responsibilities for financial statement preparation which includes balance sheet reconciliation and adequate documentation
• Prepare reporting and variance analysis on an individual property basis and/or consolidated limited partnership portfolio basis
• Consolidate and prepare the annual budget and reforecast on a periodic basis
• Work proactively with the Operations and Leasing team to identify issues regarding the monthly financial results, tenant CAM / TAX questions, and provide guidance on proper accounting policies
• Collaborate with Development Team by preparing and updating budgets, contracts, and forecasts in Yardi Job Cost/Construction Management module
• Prepare audit and tax working papers. Draft financial statement reports with supporting notes in accordance with ASPE
