Senior Property Accountant

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CPA to join our team responsible for reviewing multi-family commercial real estate (CRE) financial statements and providing detailed, actionable feedback to third-party property management companies. Additionally this role will work with the payroll company to onboard and offboard employees, review and process payroll, and be the liaison between the employees and benefits provider if employees have questions.

This role requires expertise in real estate accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience as a property accountant or within the commercial real estate accounting and reporting space and will be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
