Senior Property Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant (Filipino) to fully own the accounting operations for a portfolio of approximately four properties, with additional assets expected to be added over the next several months. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate accountant who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their work, and can manage end-to-end property accounting with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders while supporting a fast-growing asset portfolio, ensuring accurate books, timely closes, and reliable financial reporting at the property level.
